When I find a song that inspires me, that grabs my ears, that causes me to feel deeply, and encourages me to reflect, I want to share it. And that is why I’ve created Lux Illuminates.

I constantly read music mags and peruse the blogs because I want to hear what is coming out now. I want you to know these songs, experience these artists, and become wrapped in the sounds. Lux Illuminates hopes to cultivate support for artists that are inspiring what music is today. I want to be your tastemaker.

I live in the gorgeous town of Boulder, Colorado where music is happening wherever you go. I was born in California yet spent years of my childhood in upstate New York. I work in the music industry as both a booking agent and talent buyer as I love being close to musicians and supporting their art. I also went to graduate school for journalism, as writing and expressing myself through words feels essential.
